Independent living is a wonderful choice for those wishing for a safe environment with great facilities – but also the comfort of knowing that a level of assistance is there if required. We are also able to provide care in some of our services, enabling residents to be supported in their own home when unwell.

For many, this achieves the perfect balance of retaining privacy yet benefiting from easy access to social interaction and community living.

Our three independent living sites are located in Exmouth, Taunton and Dorchester. They offer residents the privacy of their own one-, two- or three-bedroom apartment, as well as a wide range of services such as laundry, hairdressing and chiropody.

Within our buildings we offer a variety of accommodation from a separate complex of flats or cottages all with a 24-hour emergency call out system as well as a dedicated on-site manager for further peace of mind.

Independent living is a wonderful solution for residents who are keen to live an independent and fulfilling life with plenty of socialisation. For families with an elderly or disabled relative, this is also an ideal way to ensure their continual safety while retaining a level of privacy and self-sufficiency.

All of our sites offer communal facilities where residents can spend time with their families and friends as well as joining in our organised social events.
